I have practiced with Tizia since she first started teaching in 2016, and I have followed her amazing development as a teacher and yogi practitioner. Tizia has developed her own, unique style that is different from any other yoga form. It has similarities to Power Vinyasa and she also borrow elements from Ashtanga, but blend it into a flow that is completely her own. Bodhi Flow is a great name for it. You can be completely new to yoga or a long-time practitioner and you will find your own flow in her practice. I practice with Tizia when I am in need for a strong physical practice that calms my mind – which is several times per week. Tizia herself is a great poster child for her Bodhi Flow practice – she irradiates health and has a calm, female power!
