Reiki Healing Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique that promotes balance and well-being on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Rooted in the Usui system of Reiki, this therapy channels universal life force energy to support the body's natural ability to heal. Reiki helps to unblock stagnant energy, revitalize the chakras, and restore harmony throughout the body.
During a session, the recipient lies comfortably on a massage table while the practitioner gently places their hands over key energy centers (chakras) and areas that need attention. The energy flows intuitively to where it is most needed, creating a sense of deep peace, clarity, and energetic renewal.

The therapist has her own retreat house in an idyllic location, ideal for healing. Private workspace in the peaceful and lush jungle of Pino Suarez, 30 mins from Tulum town. (depending on availability).
