Pudzyáh is a Mayan word that means “to squeeze the pain.” It refers to the process of releasing and transforming pain into love at a cellular level. Your journey begins at our peaceful Rancho-Sanctuary, where you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing juice and invited to walk the land, grounding yourself and connecting with the sacred energy of the space. The ceremony takes place in the "Soul Clinic", a traditional Mayan structure designed for deep energetic work.
The Pudzyáh Treatment unfolds in two powerful phases:
The first phase focuses on aligning with your higher self. Abuelo opens a sacred circle and channels guidance from spiritual beings—archangels, ascended masters, and guides, who assist in your personal healing journey.
Conscious breathing is central to this phase, helping you access deeper awareness and initiate self-healing.
Optional medicinal plants may be used to support energetic cleansing, spiritual clarity, and deeper alignment, based on your needs and the healer’s intuition.
In the second phase, Abuelo Antonio conducts an energetic scan of your body, reading your organs, joints, arteries, and blood flow to detect emotional blockages. Through specific Mayan massage techniques, he works to release stagnant energy, restore balance, and reactivate your natural life force.
After the Pudzyáh, you are invited to take your time and relax in the peaceful surroundings of the ranch, allowing the healing to fully integrate.

Do not eat for at least 3 hours before the treatment.

Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a swimsuit, as the second part of the treatment may require you to remain in your underwear or swimsuit—whichever feels more comfortable for you.
Drink at least 2 liters of water throughout the day.

Avoid red meat.
Refrain from sexual activity on the day of your session to conserve energy.
Take time to meditate and center yourself.
