Reflexology is a therapeutic technique that stimulates specific nerve points in the feet to release inflammation, toxins, and blocked energy from the body. When inflammation is detected in a reflex zone, the therapist applies targeted pressure to help unblock nerve pathways and support the body's natural healing process.
